How long will it take for our durians to be shipped?
We will arrange shipment within two days after you place your order. In case of bad weather or other force majeure factors, the shipping time may be delayed.
What should I do if our durians is damaged/defective?
If the durians you receive have worms or burned cores, please follow the steps below within 7 days from the date of purchase:
Step 1: Take clear photos of the durian problem as evidence

After we receive it, we will provide appropriate compensation or processing according to the situation.
Can I cancel my order?
Since the order will automatically enter the logistics process once it is confirmed, we cannot cancel or change the confirmed order, please forgive me. Our system will quickly arrange fresh durian shipments to ensure quality, so there is no order modification or cancellation function. Thank you for your understanding.
